1. General
We take Min10-Max15 days to create your custom orders. Once the order is confirmed from our end, expect the dispatch to be made within 10-15 days.
We practice extreme precautions to ensure the safety of LED NEON LIGHTS in transit.
Orders placed are subject to stock delivery. We ensure accurate stock count on our website. However, there may be stock discrepancies at times and we might not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we would fulfill the products available with us and you would be given an alternative to wait till we restock or process a refund.

We offer free
shipping across India.
3. Returns
3.1 Returns due to
Change of Mind
RRahi Associates
would not accept any returns. However, we shall replace the product in case it
is received in damaged conditions.
Returns shall be
arranged by customers and the payment shall be made by customers at their own
expense.
Once the product is
received, we shall examine the damage and take corrective steps. We shall ship
the repaired product in a designated time frame.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time
Domestically
In general,
domestic shipments are in transit for 5-6 days
4.2 Transit time
Internationally
International
orders remain in transit for nearly 4-22 days. This varies from courier
services to services. The most specific estimate is offered at the time of
checkout based on the choice of your courier service.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are
dispatched within 10-15 business days after the payment is fulfilled for the
order.
Our warehouses
operate from Monday to Friday at standard business hours. However, the
warehouse shall remain closed on national holidays due to which dispatch may
take time. However, we would take all the essential steps to ensure the minimum
shipment and dispatch delays.
4.4 Change Of
Delivery Address
Request for change
of delivery address is acceptable till the order isn’t dispatched.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
RRahi Associates will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal
services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable
to offer this service using courier services.
4.7 Items Out Of
Stock
In case the items
of the order remain out of stock, we would cancel that item and refund the
amount pertaining to that product. The rest of the ordered would be dispatched
as usual.
4.8 Delivery Time
Exceeded
If the delivery
time takes more than the forecasted time, contact us. We shall conduct an
investigation for the supposed delay.
5. Tracking
Notifications
Customers could
track the progress of their shipment through a tracking link offered by us.
They can check all the latest updates on their shipment made available by the
shipment provider.
6. Parcels Damaged
In Transit
Reject the parcel
from the courier, if the parcel is damaged in transit. Connect with our
customer service within 24 hours. If the parcel is delivered in your absence,
it is your responsibility to file for damage requests within 24 hours,
following which your item would be eligible for exchange.
7. Duties &
Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax has
already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website
7.2 Import Duties
& Taxes
Import duties and
taxes shall be required to be paid on international shipments. RRahi Associates
would pre-calculate such costs and display them at checkout. Customers can
choose to pre-pay their duties and taxes or can choose to pay separately for
them upon arrival in their destination country. We encourage our customers to
pre-pay their duties as that would ensure fast delivery without any kind of
subject delays.
If the customer
refuses to pay for duties and taxes upon arrival at their destination country,
the goods will be returned to RRahi Associates at the customers’ expense, and
the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost
of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
8. Cancellations
Orders Once Placed
Can be canceled within 24 hours. In such a case, the entire amount would be
refunded.
However, orders
cannot be canceled after that.
9. Insurance
Parcels are insured
for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
9.1 Process for
parcel damaged in-transit
We will examine the
damage through video and photographs offered by the customer. Customers would
be required to ship the damaged product at their own cost to us. Upon arrival,
we shall examine the damage and replace the requisite product, and ship back to
you at our cost.
9.2 Process for parcel lost in transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has
conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
