Products ordered with us are
custom made. They are manufactured on an order basis and hence we do not accept
any return requests or offer refunds for our custom order products.

In case the goods are received
in damaged conditions, the buyer would have to inform both- the delivery agent
and us within 24 hours in order to request exchange and repair. It is important
to submit a photo and video evidence to verify the damage claim. Failure to
comply with this request and timeframe will void the Seller obligations.

Goods are subject to variations
and slight discolorations. Color variation can occur due to screen and printer
calibration. Such discolorations cannot be regarded as the fault of products and
buyer must accept the potential of such occurrence. Such products aren’t
eligible for being returned.
●
The Buyer should thoroughly
inspect the goods within 24 hours of the delivery. They shall notify us in
writing in case of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity or damage. The
buyer should allow us to comply with the goods inspection within a reasonable
time frame. If the buyer fails to comply with these provisions, goods shall be
conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and
free from any defect or damage.
